Desiderium

Desiderium is a beautiful and haunting developmental work for young vibraphone players that is perfect for any recital and/or solo & ensemble. This piece exposes performers to the idea of musicality through melody and time while developing a sense of delicate touch when approaching the instrument.

Program Notes

Desiderium is a longing for something or someone lost. I wrote this piece as a means for understanding and coping with this loss.
