Songs of Vent

Songs of Vent are intended as contemporary pedagogical models designed for the intermediate-level performer. The desire is that these pieces will give expression to the creative voice of the developing player, allowing them to ‘vent’ their intellect, emotion and heart within these contemporary sound-fields. Various movements do not indicate either tempo, dynamics, style or all of the above to leave interpretation up to the performer.
